ZANAN respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.
Account info: email address, name (optional), preferred language.
Chat messages: stored to maintain your conversation history. Messages are not used to train AI models.
Payment info: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Usage data: anonymous analytics (page views, feature usage) via Plausible (cookie-free) and Mixpanel (with consent in the EU).
Push notification tokens: if you opt in to daily notifications.
To provide the service: your messages are sent to AI providers to generate responses.
To maintain your conversation history across sessions.
To process payments and manage your subscription.
To improve the product based on anonymous usage patterns.
Your messages are processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses.
Messages are sent only for real-time processing — they are NOT used to train these providers' models.
We do not share your personal info (email, name) with AI providers.
Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest.
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (never stored in plain text).
All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption.
We do not sell your data to anyone.
Access: you can view all your data in Settings.
Delete: you can delete your account and all data from Settings. Deletion is permanent.
Export: you can export your conversations at any time.
Correct: you can update your profile info at any time.
If you are in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to object to processing and data portability.
Essential cookies: session token (required to stay logged in).
Analytics cookies (EU only, with consent): Mixpanel for understanding usage patterns.
Plausible analytics: no cookies, fully anonymous, GDPR-compliant by default.
You can refuse analytics cookies — the app works perfectly without them.
Account data: kept until you delete your account.
Conversations: kept until you delete them or your account.
Payment records: kept as required by law.
Analytics: anonymized, no personal identifiers.
